Use this page to manage links for board representatives and to keep admin-only resources in one place. Important: protect this page with a password (instructions below).

Protecting Owner / Board Access (required)

This website is a static site. To create parent access and owner/board access like SwimTopia, you need access control at the hosting level:

  1. Wix: put this page behind Members Area and invite HOA board emails as “Site Members”.
  2. Squarespace: password-protect the page.
  3. Cloudflare Pages: use Cloudflare Access (Zero Trust) to require login for /owner.html.

Do not grant HOA board access to payment processor card data. Share rosters and proof of insurance only.

Registration storage (recommended)

Best practice: store registrations in a Google Sheet automatically.

  1. Open your Google Form (survey) → Responses → click the green Sheets icon.
  2. It creates a linked Google Sheet where all student registrations are stored.
  3. Share the Sheet with board emails as Viewer only.

Update waiver PDFs

This site expects waiver files at:

  • docs/Waiver_1.pdf
  • docs/Waiver_2.pdf

If your contract waiver pages were not extracted automatically, upload the waiver PDFs into the docs folder and keep the same filenames.

Enable online payments

Fastest method: Stripe Payment Links.

  1. Create a Stripe account.
  2. Create 4 payment links (Private $49, Semi-Private $29/student, Group 30 $18/student, Group 60 $34/student).
  3. Edit index.html and replace the # URLs in the Pay section with your Stripe links.

Insurance documents

When you receive your binder/dec page, upload it and link here for board view.
